Return Policy

At Southern Clinical Skincare, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund (including tax, when applicable) for products returned within 30 days after your purchase date for orders placed directly at www.SouthernClinicalSkincare.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Please call our Client Services unit at 334-649-3200 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NOTE: RETURNS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED.
  2. Securely package the products in an appropriate box and address the box with the RMA # as follows:

Please note: You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You can select the carrier that works best for you.

  1. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Return Time Frames:

  • 0 - 30 days from purchase date: Returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method.
  • 31+ days from purchase date: Returns will not be accepted.

Additional Information:

  1. Products can be used but we do not accept empty containers.
  2. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject returns or charge for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy or violation of our Terms and Conditions. 
  3. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  4. If your order is lost, incorrect, or damaged, we can assist within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact our Client Services Team for prompt resolution at 334-649-3200 or email at: Contact@SouthernClinicalSkincare.com
  5. Promotion codes are considered a discount, and the value will not be refunded when your return is processed.
  6. We cannot issue a refund for any gift with purchase or perquisite redemptions. You do not need to return free gifts with purchase along with your returning product(s).
  7. We can only accept returns for orders placed directly at the www.SouthernClinicalSkincare.com website.
  8. If your original payment method is expired or no longer valid, we can only issue a refund in the form of store credit.
  9. If you received your product as a gift, it is eligible for store credit. Please contact Client Services at 334-649-3200 to obtain and confirm the original order details.
  10. If you return a product from a qualifying order, the points earned from the original purchase of the returned product(s) will be deducted from your total point balance.
